Online Marketing manager

Your Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute all SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize marketing spent and performance accordingly
  • Explore new growth opportunities
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Your Profile :

  • 5+ years hands-on working experience in performance marketing and online campaign management – preferably at a leading online startup
  • Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools
  • Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) and display advertising campaigns
  • Ability to think out-of- the-box as well as identifying the right target groups and designing compelling online campaigns
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Digital Content Writer

Your Responsibilities :

  • Content writing, research and editing cars descriptions.
  • Content creation and management using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Partner management with focus on updating existing content and adding new content
  • Proofread content to ensure quality
  • Writing ad-hoc articles for this website, PR agencies, content marketing, etc.
  • Support with social media, online and offline marketing

Your Profile :

  • Graduate of Journalism, English, mass communication, or any related degree
  • 2+ years experience in content writing and editing preferably in a digital environment
  • Passion and ability to write engaging and inspirational text about a wide area of topics
  • Experience in handling clients and partners
  • Multi-tasker who can work fast and precisely (“eye for detail”) at the same time
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle stress
  • Positive attitude and motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up

Customer Care Representative

Your Responsibilities :

  • Attract potential customers by answering questions about cars features
  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Resolve customer care tickets in a timely manner
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow-up with leads and encourage them to book a car
  • Communicate and coordinate between customers and partner institutions
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience

Your Profile :

  • 2+ years of customer care experience preferably at an e-commerce environment
  • Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution.
  • Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email
  • Multitasking and ability to adapt to changing dynamics of business environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Positive attitude and some basic sales talent

Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business through established networks, relationships, independent research, and the lead management pipeline, hotels , travels agencies, etc
  • Approach potential business partners (either via phone or face-to-face), introduce them to our website, educate them about the car options, and convince them to book it.
  • Explain business partners how to use our website and support them in finding the right car which fit their need.
  • Proactively identify areas in the sales process for improvement and provide directly feedback to the management team
  • Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Learn an insane amount about every aspect of building a company

Your Profile :

  • 2-5 years previous experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the e-commerce/online sector or car rental
  • Experience in canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-managed and target oriented team player
  • Strong relationship builder with a positive, can-do attitude and tenacity
  • A valid UAE driving license
